I was recently sent this lovely watch from JORD Wood Watches. I had never seen any watches made from wood before and I thought that they were really unique. I had been wanting a watch for a really long time so I was really excited about it.
JORD is a watch company that makes watches out of wood for both men and women. There are so many designs and woods to choose from but I decided to go for the Ely in Maple*. I prefer a watch that is not too chunky so I chose this watch as it is slightly smaller than the others. The watch is beautifully made with Citizen Miyota Quartz Movement and a date display. I really like the clasp as it gets hidden under the band when closed. The box looks really nice and it's perfect to keep it on the shelf for everyone to see.
The delivery was really fast as it arrived in less than a week. I was not expecting it to arrive so soon. A service that I really like is that you can get the watch sized for you. I found this really convenient as I have small wrists. If the watch doesn't fit right, you are provided with extra links that can be added to the band.
I have been wearing it nearly everyday since it arrived. It is really comfortable and since it's made of wood it is not heavy. I find that because of the natural colour, it goes with nearly every outfit and looks really nice on different skin tones. You can check out all the watches by clicking the widget at the bottom.
