Hello! It has been more than a week since I last updated my blog because I was away and also because I decided to have a little break. As I told you before I have been wanting to change the name of my blog but I'm getting second thoughts about the name I chose so I'm going to postpone that for another while.
Today I'm sharing with you some snaps from Rome. These are the places we visited. The trip wasn't sightseeing only as everyday we (the group) went to a home for homeless people where we helped with the cleaning, cooking and serving of food. Although big cities are not my favourites places to visit I really enjoyed my week in Rome and would gladly do this experience again.
Somewhere between Malta and Italy
The Colosseum
Altar of the Fatherland - A memorial dedicated to war soldiers
Saint Peter's Square and Basilica - We actually climbed to the top of the dome. The views from there were beautiful as you could see the whole of Rome!
Vatican Museums
The most delicious salad ever at Insalata Ricca. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant if you ever visit Rome.
Have you been on holiday lately or planning to go somewhere soon?
Thanks for stopping by :)
