Ripped Mouth | Halloween Makeup

Halloween makeup, ripped mouth, dripping bood

Hello! Today I was feeling in the mood for trying some Halloween makeup so I decided to try out this makeup look. Since I liked how it turned out I thought that I might as well share it with you!

I started off with my normal foundation and instead of using compact powder to set it I used some white face powder. You can also use a lighter foundation or mix white face paint to achieve really pale skin. Next I contoured my face with dark eyeshadows to make my face look hollow. I made sure to add a lot under my cheekbones to make them look more prominent. For my eyes I used a dark brown eyeshadow on my lids and a mix of brown and red on my bottom lash line to make my eyes look blood shot. To finish off the eyes I did a flicked out eyeliner look and added a coat of mascara. As for my brows I decided to go a little overboard and as you can see I made them darker and the arch more defined.

Now for the fun part. With a small angled brush I drew the outline of the 'mouth' with black eyeshadow. If you make a mistake you can easily fix it with some concealer. Next I took a bigger brush and just filled in the outline with the same black eyeshadow. To draw the teeth I used a small rounded brush and some white face paint. I found it really helpful to use my real teeth as a guide. I followed with a second coat of white to make them look extra opaque and not streaky. By now I looked like I had a huge white line on my face as all the teeth merged into each other. To fix this problem I took the same angled brush dipped in grey and outlined each tooth.

I was going to leave it like that but I decided to go ahead and make my mouth look like it had been ripped open. To do this it is very easy. I just took some deep red lipgloss and added it to the bottom of the mouth and blended it with some black eyeshadow. Next I added some more of the red lipgloss to make it look like the blood was still dripping from my mouth. I also blended some red on the top part of the mouth.

What do you think of this makeup look?

Thanks for stopping by :)
